Refunds & Cancellations

Thank you for shopping with Arts From Amsterdam. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refunds

We offer refunds on our products within 14 days of the original purchase date (as stated in the Dutch Law). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a refund, please email us at info@artsfromamsterdam.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@artsfromamsterdam.com with your order number and reason for the exchange. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the product.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please email us at info@artsfromamsterdam.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order if it has already been shipped, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.
